Balti is a fascinating cooking utensil which infuses the flavour and taste of its cooking. It is most famous in the North West Frontier & Kashmir Valley. It is said that the case iron skillet used for the preparation gives it its name. The freshest herbs, spices and plentiful garlic, ghee and other aromatic spices are used to prepare these dishes, with a strength variable to individual taste. Served with naan.
